Age 78, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2018 at Pearl City Nursing Home. Born in Koloa, Kauai, she was the youngest of seven children of Hilario and Pascuala Vellalos of Poamoho Plantation Camp, Wahiawa. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond "Ray" Nawrocki. They were longtime residents of Mililani. Ray and Maggie were kindred spirits and inseparable in their 55 years of marriage. They both began careers at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard on Feb 1966 and retired Jun 1997 after 31 years of service. She served as Production Controller in the Quality Assurance Laboratory. Maggie is survived by brothers Juanito, Antonio, and Matio Vellalos, and numerous nieces and nephews and their children. She will be forever missed for her joyful, loving, and generous presence in their lives. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel.
