Frances Abinoha, passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2020, a day after celebrating her 94th birthday. Frances is the third of 5 children born to the late Benigno and Josepha Abinoha. Frances was born in Hilo, raised on the Waiakea sugar plantation and after the family moved to Honolulu, she continued education and graduated from Farrington High School. She worked in retail sales at the major department stores in Honolulu. Frances is predeceased by her brother Albert Abinoha. She is also predeceased by her sister Josephine Pablo, the mother of the late Rudolph Pablo and Frances' surviving nephews Roy, Ronald, Fred and niece Jacqueline. Frances is survived by her sister Margaret Bissen, niece Priscilla Hussey and nephew Kenneth Bissen Jr. Frances is also survived by her youngest sister Gladys Abinoha. Considering the current situation, the family will hold private services.
