Esther J.P. Williams, formerly of Wahiawa, died Tuesday, March 4 in Picayune, MS. Williams, 88, was born in Vegreville, Alberta, Canada. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth A. Williams, and is survived by daughter Joy Lee Hartley (Brian), stepsons Jimmy L. Williams (Tracy) and David A. Williams (Lee), grandchildren, Elizabeth Hartley, Joshua Hartley, Nicholas Williams, Jacinthe Williams Allgood, Savannah Maestre (Jeff) and four great-grandchildren. Esther came to Hawaii in August of 1959. She was a nurse anesthetist for 40 years at Wahiawa General Hospital and several smaller hospitals throughout the State. Services will be held in Hawaii in 2021.
