48, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away on August 12, 2020. He was born on September 25, 1971 in Honolulu and raised in Hilo.Kevin graduated from Waiakea High School in 1989. He went on to work for Aloha Airlines as a ramp agent in Hilo before transferring to Honolulu. He also worked in commissary before becoming a supervisor until the company closed in 2008. Later he worked for Mokulele Airlines and Clinical Labs, he worked at Ko Olina Golf Club, where in his words "is my dream job".
Kevin was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, friend, golfer, baseball player and softball coach.
He is survived by his wife Lori, sons: Mason, McKenna, Madden & daughter Michaela of Honolulu; mother Evalani and brother Aaron of Hilo. He was preceded in death by father Kerry M. Hirano of Hilo.
Funeral services are to be held at a later date.
