Age 77, peacefully passed at home on September 12, 2020, surrounded by his wife, Carol, daughter Terilyn Young (Dean Young), and grandchildren Devyn and Tanner Young.Henry was born in Honolulu on July 3, 1943 to Asayo and Teruo "Juke" Fujita. He has a brother, Calvin Fujita. As a proud member of McKinley's class of '61, he helped on the reunion planning committees and was an avid participant in their golf group. He loved golf and his best memories were playing at Pebble Beach and the Olympic Club.
Henry worked for the State Survey Office as a Land Surveyor before retiring on 2005. He enjoyed retired life helping to take care of his two grandchildren and traveling with them to Disneyland, Disney World, New York, Washington DC and Japan.
Henry and Carol took yearly trips to Las Vegas where he enjoyed visiting and golfing with friends, shopping, and playing his favorite game, Blazing Sevens.
