Angela was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved to travel, was invested in the pageant industry, served as a past president of The American Business Woman's Association, was a Vice President for seven years with Colliers Monroe Friedlander, and successfully started her own company twenty years ago, C4 Site Management which is currently operated by her children. Angela's proudest achievement was her family as she was happiest cooking for her family during Sunday-Holiday dinners.
Angela was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Manual G. De Costa, her father, Ralph Walker and brother, Johnny Lopez.
She is survived by her mother Linda J. Walker her brothers Alfredo Lopez and Gilbert Lopez. Her three daughters Chantel Escobido, Cameo Fong, Charisse Hernandez, her son Cameron DeCosta and her 11 grandchildren:
Angela was loved and admired by many of her life-long friends. She will be remembered for her grace, smile, love, optimism and strength.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private Mass will be held on October 22, 2020 followed by a Private burial at Punchbowl National Cemetery. Both private services will be live streamed via Twitch at the following link for all who would like to attend virtually 11am via: twitch.tv/angeldecosta
