Age 95, died in Honolulu on September 5, 2020. Amy taught kindergarteners and 1st graders at Pauoa School, retiring in 1982. Pre-deceased by husband, Anthony D.K. Ching and son, Eric S.H. Ching. Survived by son, Alan Ching and daughter, Lisa Ching, both of the SF Bay Area; by siblings Nelson Chong of Mililani and Lauretta Saito of Stockton, CA. Amy will be laid to rest at Punchbowl alongside husband Anthony.
