Age 100, passed peacefully on Friday, Sept. 25, 2020, at her home in Honolulu. Concepcion was born August 15, 1920, in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines to Melecio and Sabina (Ramirez) Caberto. She studied to be a hairdresser and seamstress in the Philippines. She retired as a registered care home operator and worked as a hairdresser on weekends. She was a loving wife to Nicolas C. Cabebe whom she married on March 2, 1953, a devoted mother to son, Nelson C. (Sharlene) Cabebe and daughter, Cora C. (Wayne) Gushikuma. Concepcion also adored her six grandchildren Toby-Lynn (Terry) Reed, Jeremiah (Piper) Cabebe, Elias Cabebe, Wyatt, Corine & Wade Gushikuma and 6 great-grandsons.
