FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

LESTER JAY NAKANISHI

Born on October 2, 1954 in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jay went home to be with the Lord on September 5, 2020. He passed away peacefully at home in Kaneohe and was reunited with his Dad, Sadao "Sparky" Nakanishi and his brother Michael.
Jay was proud to be a '74 Farrington Grad and was a carpenter at S & M Sakamoto Construction for 48 years. He could seem grumpy, but he had a kind heart and helped others whenever asked.
He is survived by his sister, Katie "NTKT" Nakanishi and family; Jewelyn, Kiyomi, Kamaka, Shayna, and Joshua Nakanishi and Kira Kaina.
