77, of Kaneohe, died on September 12, 2020 in Chatsworth, CA. Born in Ka'u and retired as a welder from Matson Terminals. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pamela. Survived by wife, Jan; children, Tisha, Leroy Jr. and Tiana Bach; grand- children, Tehani and Tahitoa; stepson, Michael Lee; brothers Allen and Ellsworth; sister Patricia. Private services to be held.
