74, of Honolulu, died on March 26, 2021 in Honolulu. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts.A Vietnam veteran, he became a fire captain in California. After his retirement he became a surf instructor in Honolulu.
He is survived by wife Jeannie Wokasch Parente, stepsons Andrew, Christopher, and Khonnor; and brother, Skip Parente of Arizona. Private Services.
