John G. passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 8, 2021 in Honolulu. Born in Greece in 1933, John arrived in the United States in 1951, serving with the US Air Force. John married in 1957 and began his career with the FAA in 1959, stationed on Maui, Wake Island, Guam and Oahu where he retired. John was very active with the Greek Orthodox community in Honolulu. John is survived by his loving wife Dina, children Tino and Presvytera Effie (Fr. Ioan), grand- children, siblings and relatives both in the US and Greece. He is greatly missed.
