FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

Louisiana “Lulu” Victorino
Louisiana 95, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2021 under at-home hospice care. Born on January 21, 1926, she graduated from McKinley high school, and was a longtime resident of Pauoa Valley. Many will remember her as the red-hair lady with the great smile working the checkout at old Lau Poo Market.

Lulu had gifted hands. She would sew clothes for family, often for special occasions, and patch work blankets on her foot peddle Singer. She also crocheted newborn blanket and booties gift sets for family and friends. She was an avid sports fan and proud supporter of Pauoa A.C. where many of her 'ohana played over the years.

She is predeceased by her husband, Manuel Victorino, daughter Carole Ann Sasaki and two grandchildren. She is survived by children: Antoinette Vogel, Drusilla Goo, Charleen Cadiente and Scott Victorino; siblings Marie Victorino and Gregory Lindo; 9 grand- children, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, private family services will be held.
