Patricia Leach Almeida, 65, was taken to Heaven far too soon after a three year battle with cancer on March 14, 2021. Patricia was born in Honolulu and moved to Kailua, her husband's hometown, to raise her family. She was a graduate of Maryknoll High School '73. She has joined her parents Mitsuko and Donald Leach in Heaven. She is survived by her brother Michael (Susan) Leach as well as her husband of 35 years, Dexter Almeida, and their twin children, Adam and Katie. Patricia's greatest love in her life was her family. She will be remembered as the greatest mother and wife her family could've ever been blessed with. She was a quiet personality with a great capacity for caring for everyone she came in contact with. Her last days were filled with love as she was surrounded by her family. Private services were held. Arrangements Provided By:
