Passed away on 4/8/2021. Survived by companion Dorothy (Dottie) Penna, sons: Raymond S. Balles Jr. (Brenda), Michael A. Balles (Shirley), Lesley Balles (Jean), Richard Balles, daughters: Anna M. Frazier, Patricia Balles. Cheryl Balles (deceased), 14 grandchildren, numerous great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and friends. Ray was a loving father, grandfather and friend, played bass and numerous instruments in Latin bands, was an avid bowler, and retired from Hawaiian Dredging as a crane operator.
