91, of Honolulu, died in Honolulu on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. She worked for the State of Hawaii Department of Education and is survived by sister Harriet Aiko Kusuhara, numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grand- nieces, great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces. Predeceased by siblings Kimiko Matsui, Shigeo Matsui, Ritsuyo Matsui, Jiro Matsui, Tsuneoto Matsui, Kikuye Matsui Okinaka, and George Hideo Matsui. Private services were held.
