46 years old of Wahiawa, Hawaii, passed away on March 2, 2021. He was a 1992 Kamehameha Schools graduate and a Captain in the Honolulu Fire Department. Jason is survived by his wife Cobey; sons Noah and Jacob; daughters Emma and Ava; mother Coranne and step father Calvin Chun; sister Nicole and mother-in-law Margie. Wonderful nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, cousins and fabulous friends.
Services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Mililani Mortuary, Maikai Chapel, Waipio.
Due to COVID restrictions, entry to the service is limited, however, the family welcomes all who want to pay their respects at a Drive-thru/drop off at the Chapel from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Following the service the family will join the drop off point.
The family asks that everyone adhere to wearing face masks
and practice social distancing.
