Ryan's most significant achievement in high school was becoming a Hawaii State High School Wrestling Champion, and he was also the Kaiser High School Male Athlete Of The Year in both the year 2011.
Once he graduated from college, he went on to work in the hospitality industry and worked as a Sales Manager at Wyndham Santa Monica At The Pier. In the final year of his life, Ryan moved to San Francisco and worked at Villa Florence San Francisco on Union Square.
Ryan is survived by his father, Kenneth Nakagawa, step-mother Cathy, older brother Michael, and his younger sisters Nanci and Kara.
His Celebration of Life will be held; both attend the Chapel's celebration and have it remotely at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel on April 24th, 2021. http://webcast.funeralvue.com/events/viewer/51778
There will be two sessions: 10:00 am - 11:00 am for family, relatives, and families' friends; 11:30 am - 1:00 pm will be for Ryan's personal friends.
