86, of Honolulu, passed away on April 10, 2021. He was retired from the Board of Water Supply. Survived by wife, Doris, daughters, Carole (Darren) Ueki and Lori (Tim) Chang, four grandchildren, Brant, Reid, Kristyn, Kelli, and brother, Richard. Private services were held.
