83, of Wailuku, Maui, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center on April 5, 2021. He was born in Cawayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Private services will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary. Burial will follow at Maui Veteran's Cemetery in Makawao.
