He was preceded in death by his brothers, Randall "Randy" Michael Teruo Nakatsu, Reid Kazuhiko Nakatsu and Rick Thomas Haruo Nakatsu.
Born February 7, 1982, in Honolulu, Ross graduated from Kaiser High School in 2000 and received his Bachelor's degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2006. He worked at Sea Life Park for over 10 years as a Guest Service Representative.
Ross loved music, art, and traveling. He enjoyed his trips to New York, Florida, Washington, Alaska and Japan. But he frequently traveled to his favorite destination spot, the "Happiest Place on Earth", Disneyland and Las Vegas. Ross was a crazy, fun-loving and caring person, with a very generous heart. He has touched many lives and he cherished and loved his family and friends. There was never a dull moment in Ross' life. He was full of joy and laughter wherever he went. He loved life, he enjoyed meeting people and loved his work at Sea Life Park. Many that knew Ross knows the kind of person Ross was and that he'd give you the shirt off his back.
