Dennis D. Loo, graduate of the Punahou School class of 1969, passed away on March 6, 2021 in La Jolla, California. He received a B.A. from Harvard University and Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He retired as Professor Emeritus of Sociology, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. He is survived by his wife Barbara Bowley, son Stefan Loo, and sisters, Chalsa Loo and Patricia Loo.
