75, passed away peacefully on Palm Sunday, March 28, 2021, in Aiea.Joel is survived by his wife, Arleen; daughters, Carisse (John Mau) & Joni (Bao Nguyen); sisters, Lynn (Steve Muraoka) & Colleen (Roger Vierra); & grandson, Rylan, who has been the light of his life.
Services will be held on Wed, May 19, at Nu'uanu Memorial 3:15pm. Family visitation 2-3pm. Sunset gathering at Haleiwa Beach Park on Fri, May 21, 6-7:30pm. Please be safe & comply with safety guidelines. Mahalo.
