95, of Honolulu, passed away on March 30, 2021. She was born on May 5, 1925 in Lahaina, Maui and graduated from Leilehua High School in Wahiawa, Oahu. She worked with the Veterans Administration as a Personnel Staffing Specialist in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, California. During her 36 years with the Federal Government, Lucille won many awards for her superior performances and outstanding contributions for improvements in operations. All of her accolades were extended to her job performance while working overseas, specifically in Okinawa. After her retirement, Lucille worked for PBS Hawaii and worked for 10 years with the District Courts in the State of Hawaii. She was preceded in death by siblings Benko Tamayose, Hiroshi Tamayori, Anne Taomae, Steven Tamayori, Alfred Tamayori, Clarence Tamayori and Elsie Ikehara. She is survived by siblings Patrick Tamayori, Thomas Tamayori, Sylvia Ehara, Nanci Billings and George Tamayori. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
