85, Veteran from Ewa Beach, passed away in Pearl City Nursing Home on March 8, 2021. Retired from City Mill after 40 years of service. He belonged to the Teamsters Union. Phillip was an accomplished bowler.Survived by wife Florence Oyape, daughters Yvonne Mirafuentes (Lawrence), Yvette Oyape (Greg), Phillip Brent Oyape, Terence Oyape (Peggy), 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren.
