In loving memory of Sadie Sakae Toyama. Born March 31, 1921 on the island of Kauai. Passed away on December 11, 2020 on Oahu, Hawaii. Sadie was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Haruo Toyama. She is survived by their three children: daughter Laurie Toyama, son Dean Toyama, wife Sheri and grandson Jalen Toyama; daughter Patrice (Patty) Mariucci, husband Ray and grandsons Hunter and Bowen Mariucci.Sadie and family were long-time residents of Kailua, Oahu. Sadie was a frequent visitor of the Kailua Library always looking for the latest Korean Drama to borrow. Prior to her final years, Sadie could be found on the golf course with her friends. They would snack on the chicken and spam musubi from 7-11 stores as they talked-story and golfed.
Sadie was laid to rest next to loving husband, Harry Toyama at Oahu Cemetery near her parents Yeisho and Misao Arakaki. Private services have occurred.
