68, of Kaneohe, Hawaii, passed away October 7, 2021. Stephanie was born February 16, 1953 in Wahiawa. She is the eldest daughter of Trespula "Hinano" Benlaoro and Lourentio Rapis. She is survived by her brothers: Lourentio "Mickey" (Raelene) Rapis Jr., Francisco "Eko" (Toni) Rapis, Robert "Bobby" Rapis, Domingo (Deann) Rediros, Jr., Perry Ridiros; sisters: Valerie (Anthony) Chang, Darlene "Teree" Rapis, Sandy Ridiros, and Bonnie Ridiros. She leaves behind her children: Edrina Rapis, Tressie (Eduardo) Estrella, Dorothy "Duchess" Carvelo, Douglas Carvelo, Jr., Cheverra (Kevin) Alvarez, Leonard (Dina) Yadao-Rapis III, and Samuel "Mijo" Chang-Yadao; 19 grandchildren; 3 great grandsons, and her beloved fur baby Sadie. Stephanie was a talented singer, dancer, as well as a loving mother, grandmother, "Gigi", sister, aunty and friend. She will be sorely missed by all who have ever had the pleasure of meeting her and knowing her. She was preceded in death by the passing of her companion and love of her life, Lenny Yadao. Viewing was private at Nuuanu Mortuary, burial was held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
