Our beloved Son and Brother passed away at age 66 on August 29, 2021 in Mililani. Born in Honolulu, Derick grew up in Kalihi and graduated from Kamehameha and the University of Hawaii with a degree in English. Derick had wonderful careers working at Liberty House, the Hawaii State Legislature, various law firms, The Queen's Medical Center and most recently at the State of Hawaii Attorney General's Office. Derick is survived by his mother Rochelle, sisters Suzette and Adelle, and brother Bert.
Derick will live forever in our hearts. Together forever until we meet again.
