81Although he graduated with a degree in Geological Engineering and initially worked in the profession, he spent most of his career teaching math and science on the mainland and in Hawaii.
Lou was an extraordinary man who'll be remembered for his quiet demeanor, keen wit, courage and lifelong passion for books and music.
He will be forever in the hearts of his wife, Patricia; children: Randall (Carol), Paul (Fely) and Marla (Kai) Thielk; 7 grandchildren and sister, Doris Brase.
He was predeceased by his son, Brent Rosenberg.
Lou will be honored by his family at a private Celebration of Life to be held at a future date.
