Dorothea "Dora" Kanaheleaumokuokalani Hew Len-Bacon, born on December 27, 1938, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 29, 2021. She was 82 years old. She worked as a PBX operator for the Pacific Beach and Pagoda Hotels for many years. Dora was a wife, mother, grandmother, a great woman and a wonderful human being. She had a kind and loving heart; loved everyone unconditionally and everyone loved her. Especially her grandchildren! She is survived by her 2 children: son Robin (Bernie) Paul Bacon, and daughter Donna Marie (Randal) Rosa; sister Lillian Piilani (John) Smith Kozibroda and brother William (Cheryl) Hew Len; sister-in-law Grace Rabor; 10 grandchildren: Keoni Rosa, Nohealani Rosa, Devin (Rusty) Walters, Chelsea-Ann (Robert) Rosa-Best, Jasmin (Dillon) Bacon, Kainoa (Hallie) Rosa, Kamalei Rosa, Nicole (Evyn) Bacon, Justin (Taylor) Kaeka-Bacon, and Kealii Kaeka-Bacon; 6 great-grandchildren: Troy Aton Jr., Christopher and Adam Espitia, Conner and Leila Tateishi, and Paizley Walters; hanai children: John (Lori) Rosa, Richard (Makalena) Clark, Gordon Aoki, Susan Bacon, Darlene Ho, Reina and Frank Empron, and Kerry Stevens; 5 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. We love you always! We miss you so much! FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS!Funeral services will be held at the Diamond Head Mortuary on Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 5:00-8:00pm and Friday, January 7, 2022, from 9:30-12:30pm. Burial to follow.
