Jessie K. Shito, formerly of Kaneohe, Oahu, passed away peacefully in Wailuku, Maui on October 24, 2021, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley; sons Douglas and Tracy; parents Nobuichi and Hatsuyo Hanaoka; and sister Norma (Richard) Oba. She is survived by her son Rocky; daughters Kathy (Glenn) Nakao and Sharon Rowe; daughters-in-law Tuk Hui Shito and Diane Shito; 10 grand- children; and 12 great-grand- children.
Her family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff and caregivers at Roselani Place and Hospice Maui for their kind and compassionate care. Private services were held at the Puunene Nichiren Mission in Kahului, Maui.
