91, of Honolulu passed away peacefully on October 23, 2021. She was born in Seoul, Korea where her parents were stationed as teachers. She emigrated to Hawaii from Japan in 1959 after marrying Seikichi Nakama and became a US citizen. She retired after many years as a clerk typist with Occidental Underwriters. She is survived by daughter, Jenny (Blake) Uramoto and son, Ken (Janel), brother, Takeshi Miyauchi of Fujisawa, Japan and grandsons Brent and Drew Uramoto. Private services held.
