71, of Mililani, a retired accountant for the State of Hawaii Library System, passed away on November 10, 2022 at Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Wailuku, Maui, where in 1969 he became an Eagle Scout. He is survived by brothers, Clifford (Aileen), Ralph and Lloyd (Caroline).
