Born July 30, 1936 in Honolulu to the late Kichiro and Florence Miyashiro. Preceded in death by beloved wife of 61 years, Mary Keala "Aunty Mary" Miyashiro. His life was committed to service - scouting, participating in Luk Tung Kuen exercise classes, Okinawa Geological Society and his church. Honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired as a glazier from Mid-Pac Lumber Co., member of local union 1889.
Survived by sons Ike (Lei) and Masa (Holly), daughter Trudy Tom (Richard) and hanai daughter Yumiko O'Farrell (John), 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grand- children and 3 great-great-grand- children, sisters Jean Miyashiro, Marian Mark (Wes), Sherron Gines, Judy Cosme (Ted) and brother Dan (Wilnette) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
