84, passed away on October 25, 2022, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born in Kalihi, O'ahu on September 6, 1938. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lynn and his son, Henry. He is survived by his son James Jr. "Kimo" (Susan); daughters Laura (Russell) Okumura and Liane (Ted) Awana; daughter-in-law Tammy Yamaguchi; sibling Cleo Yamaguchi; and 10 grandchildren.
