FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

CLARENCE MUN FAH YUEN (Fargo, Dippy, Clem)
CLARENCE MUN FAH YUEN (Fargo, Dippy, Clem) Clarence Yuen, 92, of Honolulu, was born on July 4, 1930, and passed away on Jan. 4, 2023. He was an electrical engineer and a retired federal government employee. He was a regular Army Korean War veteran who served in the combat zone.
He was predeceased by grandfather Kwock Tim Yuen, father Lum Yuen, mother Yew Chan Hong Yuen, brothers Paul, Joseph, Daniel, and sisters Norma (Ma) and Marsha (Leong).
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia, son Robert Douglas (Verna Chun), granddaughter Sophia, sister Lilian Seu and brother David, and many nieces and nephews.
Prior to departing this Earth, he had traveled to Wake Island, Midway, Fiji, American Samoa, Johnston Island, Eniwetok, Kwajalein, Guam, Japan, Taiwan, Okinawa, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, South Korea, North Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Burma, South Vietnam, Ceylon, India, Nepal, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Aruba, Curacao, Venezuela, Mexico, Canada, 40 of the 50 United States, England, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Germany, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Switzerland and Antarctica.
His completed bucket list included climbing Mt. Fuji, viewing the Taj Majal in moonlight, and seeing the Himalayas.

Visitation at 10:30 AM Jan 23 at Borthwick Mortuary, Makai Chapel, with services at 11:30. Interment at Punchbowl Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific on Thursday, January 26.
