81, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and retired administrative officer for the University of Hawaii Manoa, passed away on November 27, 2022. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Helen; son, John; daughters, Lori Chong and Linda Saiki; brothers, George, Thomas and James; sister, Doris Nakamura; and four grandchildren. Private services were held.
