91, passed away on Dec. 27 2022 at home in Kailua. Raised in Kapahulu, he loved swimming at Waikiki Beach and the Natatorium with his six siblings. Retired journeyman plumber. His greatest joy was his family and friends. Avid rainbow warrior and NFL fan, and all around sports enthusiast. He enjoyed talking story, eating fish and poi and trips to Las Vegas. Predeceased by his wife Leilehua Keanini and son Bobby. Survived by sister Gwendolyn Young, daughters Keano Nakamaejo (dean), Kauanoe, and Wanda. Son Wayne Keanini (Wendy). 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grand- children. Cousins and numerous nieces and nephewsServices: Sunday, January 29th Visitation 9:30am; Hawaiian Memorial Park, Service at 11am.
