76He co-founded Pacific Preferred Contractors and was President until his retirement in 2012. He enjoyed traveling to Vegas and Japan, and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife Shirley; children Dan (Rhonda) and Wendy; grandchildren Rydan (Aaliyah) and Charis; sister Evelyn (Roy) Murakami. He was preceded in death by sister Jeanette (Franklin) Agena.
