Age 72, of Honolulu, HI, passed away on December 23, 2022. He was born on November 1, 1950 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to parents Conrado Dumlao and Tomasa Damo. Remy graduated from Holy Spirit Academy in 1968 and Divine Word College in Laoag City, with his Bachelor's in Business & Commerce in 1973. He immigrated to Hawaii in 1975. He shared 42 years of marriage with Evelyn Languayan Dumlao. The highlight of Remy's career, known to many, was at Kramer's Big & Tall; retiring in 2019 after 39 devoted years. Remy was known for his unconditional love, generosity, his unwavering faith and strong work ethic. His signature Spirit of Aloha will be missed by us all.He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Languayan Dumlao; children Christiansen and Jocelyn; sisters, Magdalena (Gerald) Fournier, Catalina (Juan) Abadilla, and Isabel Barroga: and several nephews, nieces, and godchildren.
February 9, 2023 - Visitation 5 pm, Wake Service 6 pm at Valley of the Temples; February 10, 2023 - Visitation 10:00 am at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa in Honolulu; Mass 11:00 am, with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, 1:00 pm.
