Kenneth Kiyoshi Kaneshiro
Kenneth Kiyoshi Kaneshiro of Honolulu, died on April 6, 2020, at age 90. He was born in Lahaina, Maui. A Korean War veteran, he and his wife, Florence, started Von Kenric Brushes in 1966. He was a freemason and master of the Kalakaua Daylight Lodge of Freemasonry and served as Past Master, as well as a member of Lodge Les Progres de l'Oceanie. He is survived by wife Florence Yachiyo, sons Eric and Von (Judy), daughter Gayle Chiyako Nakama, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sisters Sally Akima, Daisy Inokuchi, and Carol Akazawa. He was preceded in death by daughter, Lynda Faye Paiva. Services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary with private interment to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, dates to be announced at a later time. Family requests no flowers.
