Milton "Pettoe" Hoalulu Kala'i, 70, of Hilo, died on Sunday, May 16, 2021 in Waimanalo, Hawaii. He was born on October 19, 1950 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was the owner and contractor for MK Construction and the President of the Panaewa Hawaiian Home Lands Community Association. A drive-thru visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday (June 3, 2021) at Dodo Mortuary Upper Carport, Hilo; cremation to follow. Masks and social distancing required. Casual attire.
