83, of Aiea, passed away on October 17, 2021. Wendell was born to Fai and Mary Mann on April 25, 1938 in Waipahu. He is a 1956 graduate of St. Louis High School and attended Northrop Aeronautical Institute in Los Angeles.After graduation, he began his career at Aloha Airlines as an Aircraft Mechanic and retired 39 years later as an Aircraft Inspector. During his career, he also served with the Hawaii Air National Guard for 40 years and retired as a Master Sergeant.
Wendell is predeceased by son, Nathan Mann. He is survived by his wife, Jeannie; his children, Kendell (Roxane) Mann, Joy (Robin) Yarbrough, Sherrie (Alden) Kunimitsu; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Josh, Katie, Keith, Megan, Nicole, Sophie and Shane. Services will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Dec. 28, 2021 at 10:00 am.
