Itsuo "Robert" Masuda, 84, of Aiea, a retiree from the U.S. Postal Service and Air Force, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by wife Emma T., daughters Laura S. and Mary Jane, and sister Doris M. Arita. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
