Francis Yoshito Sogi, 88, of Kailua-Kona, an international lawyer and life partner at Kelley, Drye & Warren, with offices in New York City and Tokyo, founder of Sogi Foundation, and chairman of the board and emeritus trustee of the Japanese American National Museum, died in Kona. He was also a recipient of the Order of the Sacred Treasure from the emperor of Japan. He was born in Lanihau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Sarah M., son James and brother Harold. Services to be announced. No flowers. Donations suggested to Sogi Foundation or Japanese American National Museum.
