Helen Sawayo Otake, 98, of Haleiwa, a self-employed housekeeper, died in Wahiawa. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by sons Robert, Stanley, Richard and David Otake and James Asari; and daughters Eleanor, Elaine and Mildred. Private services.
