Cy Seichi Izumi, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Bitumuls and Paving Co. foreman and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by sons Dennis and Darrell, daughters Wanda Kajioka and Linda Nagata, and sisters Millie Clark and Darling Chee. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
