Masaichi Shibuya, 97, of Puhi, Kauai, a retired Lihue Sugar Plantation tractor driver, died at home. He was born in Halehaka, Kauai. He is survived by sons Roy M. and Glenn Y., brother George "Chica" Mori, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
