John Anthony Billups, 75, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Postal Service employee and an Air Force veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by son David, stepson Mark K. Williams and three grandchildren. Private services.
