Abel Lancy Kanealoha Kauwe, 48, of Pahoa, Hawaii, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Lance and Justin; father Abraham; brother Gabriel; sisters Laurena Martines, Lavern Kee, Loretta Cox and Loraine Smith; and three grandchildren. Services: noon Saturday at Alae Cemetery. Burial to follow.
